Just so everybody knows, United Health Care is the WORST insurance out there. They sent me from person to person, and each one tells me something different and I owe Fletcher Allen over $1,000 and nobody tells me the right thing and now I know how people feel before they get super violent and make mistakes. Not that I'm going to do that.
But the volume of my frustration and the level of humiliation and inability to navigate through all of the jargon makes me want to destroy stuff.
Why would a profession that is supposed to be HUMAN based and people friendly so FREAKING cold and unpalpable???
