I was out doing the weekly food shopping yesterday, and reached for a box of Fiber One cereal and I heard somebody call from the end of the isle, "Good girl, Heather!"
I looked up to see my weight watchers meeting leader. That was the funniest interaction in the world, and so unexpected! I think I need a personal cheerleader every time I go food shopping.
