Again, I am getting old. I guess it's a good thing, because I'm realizing that the most important thing in life is to build good relationships with those around you. If everybody is happy and communicating well, then I think everything else will fall into place.
I'm not telling you to be a people-pleaser. Quite the opposite: good relationships will allow you to take a stance and be yourself. Ahhh Friday morning wisdom.
