Today is workout number 5 for biggest loser at the y. I am starting to think I can handle it a little more each time. AND for those of us counting, since August I've lost 23.8 lbs. It's only going to go up, too.
I feel like if I actually tell my friends what I'm doing, it's going to keep me on track more. I know I can't slip up, or just plain stop.
