I just got back from my first biggest looser workout. I didn't really hurt until the end, for sit ups. The whole time it was kind of hard for me to breathe, though. And now that I'm home, I'm hungry but I feel like I'm going to throw up so I don't want to eat. I'm also shaking. I know it's going to get easier, but I don't have that "fresh from the gym and ready to go" feeling. Quite the opposite.
