Ok, if you read this, "As part of the interview process, we would like you to give a presentation of approximately 5 minutes in length, on an instrument of your choice, to the interview committee" would you expect to give a presentation or play a song?
Think for a moment.
They expected me to play a song. I would have brought my clarinet, whipped out the Mozart concerto, and been done.
Instead, all I had was my guitar and I played "Little Light of Mine" and "Where Have all the Flowers Gone" and educated them on the history of guitar, how is makes sound, and discussed the future of guitar.

It just feels so wrong. It rattled me.
I wonder who they had type of the question. Probably a non-music person.
