Wow, didn't think this would happen so soon! Jim and I just signed a lease - moving in on July 7th. It is a FABULOUS apartment. Let me describe.
Porch. Lots of cupboards. Not a full island, but a peninsula countertop. Full size oven. Half-bathroom downstairs including a stacked washer and dryer. Cupboard storage in half bathroom. HUGE coat closet. Newer windows. Carpeted. Time-clock setter thing for the heat. Upstais you'll find our office space (with closet with built in storage drawers), bedroom with a big closet, and bathroom that is three times the size of ours now.
Ye be warned, a housewarming party is imminent.

Congratulations, Heather. This is your former upstairs neighbor Beth. Seth and I are getting a place together in September--much newer and a stackable washer and dryer as well. Best of luck to you guys in your new place!!!
