So at work there are some nasty clicks. Two women in particular, one a manager and another not, and when they work together they just stand and talk the WHOLE time. I feel like I am trying to be supportive to every member of staff there, and there are certain people who just won't do anything unless it benefits them in some way. I also feel like my training has stopped being important, and I feel like I've been trained to be a keyholder instead of an assistant manager. YAY for passive aggress non-communicative women.
