Vindictive? Maybe.

So I went to my old apartment today, and what do I see? The walkway with the blue spray paint that my ex-landlord Shelly took $ out of my deposit for removing. I quickly went into stealth Nancy Drew mode since our court date is very soon. Since my camera phone sucks, I drove home to get a real camera, and also picked up a Burlington Free Press. I arrived back at the old apartment and put the paper on the ground (so the court knows I'm not lying about the date) and took a few photos. Upon leaving, the current tenant ex-friend turned friend and then exed again after the past few months, called my name and asked if I was looking for him.
CAUGHT! So, I told him I didn't want to get him involved (since he was acting sketchy about talking to me about the apartment anyway) and said I was taking photos for my court trial. He said, "Oh, it IS good that I'm not involved, because you wouldn't want me suing your or something." I said, "Yup, it's good your not involved," and I walked away.
I couldn't believe he had the nerve. Maybe he had to exert some kind of power so he felt in control, or maybe he's just a DUMB FUCK who doesn't know what he's talking about, but no favors, no hi's even when I'm at work. He get's his own behavior in return.
I just can't wait until HE moves out and Shelly screws him over too. Heh.
